Neat masa dough

Purchased this considering I was terrified of trying a masa recipe on my own. I was pleasantly surprised at how succulent this masa dough was. I added a piffling goop from my pork broth and a bit of red sauce for color, and the end result was delicious. I will purchase this masa dough again,

Dandy masa for tamale making party

My wife and I decided to brand tamales for the first time in over 10 years. We bought 15lb of Masa and invited several friends over to to brand tamales. Nosotros gave each a 3lb handbag of masa and each made their own Chile and/or whatever they wanted to put in their ain tamales. Some took them home to finish steaming, some stayed to sample the finished tamale we fabricated for ourselves and afterward they shared the tamales they had made!! A great time was had by all.

Delicious!!

Highly recommend this masa. Tamales certainly taste accurate and freeze/reheat well if placed in an airtight freezer pocketbook. Just one less (major) stride I need to worry about and tin enjoy my tamales sooner!!

Very close to homemade

This masa is astonishing! I put some of my beef broth in it, and chile sauce by and large for color, and they were moist and delicious. I got about 24 tamales out of one 4lb bag, the tamales were pretty plump, and then if you lot similar them with a bit less masa I'm sure you can get more than 24. The masa arrives well packed and fix to exist used. I volition be buying this masa over and over again.

Great product only poor packaging

The product was very good when cooked with information technology, but information technology I was scared/skeptical of eating it since it arrived in a broken box and no ice pack visible.

Pretty damn skilful

Pretty damn good.
Was apprehensive to say the least it was coming all the manner from San Diego to New York. Arrived intact. If not cool but not crazy warm to the touch. Nice residue of flavors and ratio between lard in the masa. Later I added my beef broth had a very squeamish flavour .
